It is with great pleasure that I address you as the Executive Director of Kahnawà:ke Shakotiia’takéhnhas Community Services (KSCS). Since joining KSCS in 2001, my journey has been one of continuous growth and commitment to our community.
After leaving a career in the United States Marine Corps, I joined the KSCS ranks as a dedicated construction worker and assuming the role of night receptionist. I progressed through leadership positions in prevention and support services and had the privilege of working in many of our intervention and prevention areas.
I have demonstrated that my tenure at KSCS has been marked by a deep dedication to our collective well-being. As a proud community member of Kahnawà:ke, I am honoured to have served in various capacities, contributing to the organization's evolution.
On April 1st 2012, I assumed the role of Executive Director with a steadfast commitment to promoting and supporting a healthy family unit within Kahnawà:ke.
Our vision at KSCS is to strive for a strong collective future by upholding core values of peace, respect, and responsibility. As we continue on this journey together, I invite you to learn more about KSCS and the initiatives we are undertaking to fulfill our mission.
Looking ahead, I am optimistic about Kahnawà:ke's future, centred on holistic wellness and community. At KSCS, our commitment transcends mere growth; we strive to foster a community where each individual experiences a profound sense of well-being.
