1. OCR Tionkwanónhsote
Houses Post Majority Support Services. This service offers programs for youth aged 16-25 who have aged out of foster care.

2. Turtle Bay Elders’ Lodge (TBEL) and Home & Community Care Services
Turtle Bay Elders’ Lodge (TBEL) is a 22-room residential living facility for independent elders aged 65 and older.
Home and Community Care Services (HCCS) offers support to adults and elderly Kahnawa’kehró:non, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life within the comfort of their home.

A safe and welcoming environment for supervised visitations, giving children in care the opportunity to connect with their parents.
4. ALS & ILC
Assisted Living Services (ALS) offers a range of programs designed to support individuals with special needs and persistent mental health disorders.
Independent Living Center (ILC) is a 12-bedroom residential facility providing care for individuals with severe and long-term mental health conditions.

6. Family Services Complex (known as Main Building)
This location serves as the primary hub where clients can access a range of services. Various teams, including Counseling, Psychological services, Addictions Response services, Youth Protection, Foster Care, and Intake, operate from here to provide essential support.
