Kahnawà:ke Shakotiia’takéhnhas Community Services (KSCS) is proud to present our strategic plan for the next five years, Reimagining Our Journey. This plan emphasizes our dedication to strengthening our connection with the Kahnawà:ke community and outlines the steps we will take to improve the quality of life and well-being of Kahnawa’kehró:non. To ensure alignment with our organizational vision, all departments will incorporate this plan into their yearly planning and strategies, ensuring they reflect and support the overall direction of KSCS.

Developed with insights from our key stakeholders; staff, management, the Strategic Plan Committee, the Board of Directors, the Executive Directors Committee, and community members. The comprehensive strategic review identified key findings and recommendations for KSCS to enhance its services, create meaningful change, and have lasting impacts on the lives of those served.
