Team Leader of Assisted Living Services (ALS) Maintenance and Security

KSCS is seeking an experienced and responsible individual to perform the functions and the overall maintenance and security of the ILC/ALS building. Under the supervision of the Manager of Facilities and Capital Projects, the Team Leader of Assisted Living Services (ALS) Maintenance and Security is responsible for the supervision of the ALS Maintenance and Security team and the overall maintenance and security of the ILC buildings.

Administrative Assistant III, Support Services – Youth Protection Team (Maternity Leave Replacement)

KSCS is seeking an experienced and responsible individual to provide general and clinical administrative support to the Youth Protection/YCJA Caseworkers and Clinical Supervisors. Under the guidance and support of the Clinical Supervisors of Youth Protection (YP) and Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA), the Administrative Assistant III provides crucial analytical and specialized administrative support aimed at alleviating Clinical Supervisors and Case Workers (YP / YCJA) of complex details that may deal with highly sensitive information related to clients. Coordinates specific tasks assigned by the KSCS Manager of Child and Youth Wellness; participates in various working groups/meetings and may be required to take and distribute meeting minutes.

Intake Worker

KSCS is seeking an experienced and responsible individual to provide intake support to the Support Services Department. Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor of Intake and After-Hours Response Services, the Intake Worker is responsible to answers calls placed to KSCS that reports abuse, neglect, addictions, psychology, psychiatric and elder issues from the community of Kahnawà:ke and provides supportive counselling.

Financial Analyst

KSCS is seeking an experienced professional to support the Finance Department through budget analysis, financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic recommendations. Under the guidance and support of the Director of Financial Services provides technical support to Finance by analyzing and monitoring budgets, administering financial agreements and in managing financial software. Conducts financial analysis, produces reports, and makes recommendations. Manages cash flow management, optimizes short- and long-term investments, and mitigates financial risks for the organization.

Internal Communications Coordinator

KSCS is seeking a engaging and thoughtful communicator to help strengthen connections, support collaboration, and enhance our internal communications initiatives across the organization. Under the supervision of the Team Leader of Communications and Relations, the Internal Communications Coordinator independently applies learned skills, knowledge and practical experience to semi-routine tasks using established practices and standard procedures to complete assignments.

Support Counsellor - Psychological Services (Two Openings)

Under the supervision of the Psychologist/Clinical Supervisor of Psychological Services, the Support Counsellor (Psychology) operates as part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible to provide appropriate psychological services to the clients of Kahnawà:ke Shakotiia’takehnhas Community Services who present with a mild to moderate degree of personal and psychological difficulties.

Human Resources Generalist (Maternity Leave Replacement)

KSCS is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to perform a variety of Human Resources related tasks. Under the supervision of the Team Leader of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist assists in the development and implementation of a comprehensive hiring process, delivers benefits management, assists in performance management, training of staff and provides advice and support services.
