Receptionist (KOC Building) – 6-Month Contract

KSCS is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and reliable individual to provide reception services to Kahnawà:ke Shakotiia’takehnhas Community Services Operations Building. Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant (Internal Operations), the Receptionist (Sporadic) provides overall reception duties to the staff and clients of Kahnawà:ke Shakotiia’takehnhas Community Services’ Operations Building.

Youth Support Worker

Under the supervision of the Team Leader of Tsi Ionteksa’tanonhnha Program, the Youth Support Worker is responsible to provide support to high-risk youth who are aging out of the Foster Care/ Group Home system. The Youth Support Worker is responsible to offer support through advocacy, counselling services, coordination, planning and facilitating of workshops based on client needs.

Life Skills Support Worker II - YAP - (Young Adults Program/Teen Social Club)

Under the supervision of the Team Leader of the YAP Program, the Lifeskills Support Worker - Young Adults’ Program is responsible to provide individual support to clients, implement components of his/her ISP and daily activities, and ensure group harmony and individual self-expression.

Under the supervision of the Team Leader of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist assists in the development and implementation of a comprehensive hiring process, delivers benefits management, assists in performance management, training of staff and provides advice and support services.

Community Engagement Coordinator – Onkwe’tàke Ronwanatia’taráni

Under the supervision of the Team Leader of Communications and Relations, the Community Engagement Coordinator - Onkwe’tàke Ronwanatia’taráni independently applies learned skills, knowledge and practical experience to semi-routine tasks using established practices and standard procedures to complete assignments.

Financial Services Administrator I Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Trust

Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the Financial Services Administrator is responsible to provide Accounts Payable, Receivable, Trust Accounts and General Ledger services to KSCS.

Director of Internal Operations

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Internal Operations is responsible to provide direction, leadership and guidance towards the achievement of the KSCS Strategic Framework and Community Health Plan as it relates to Information Systems (IS), Organizational Supports (Human Resources & Payroll, Reception and Administration), Facilities Management and Communications.
