What We Do  

Our team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive technology services to all internal users within the KSCS organization. Our primary services include: 

End-user support

We resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues through phone, email, and our ticketing system. 

Workstation & equipment installation

We install workstations, printers, and other office equipment to ensure a fully operational work environment.

Software & system maintenance

We handle the installation, updates, and maintenance of software applications and operating systems. 

Account support

We assist with user accounts, network connectivity issues, and ensure smooth operation across digital platforms. 

Cloud services & SharePoint administration

We provide training, development, and support for cloud services, as well as manage SharePoint systems. 

Database management

We oversee MySQL database management, ensuring data integrity and performance. 

Audio-visual integration

We integrate and maintain audio-visual systems to support meetings and other functions. 

Programming & migration

We support programming in C#, JavaScript, Python, and assist with system migrations to improve operational efficiency. 

Cybersecurity initiatives

We implement various cybersecurity initiatives to ensure the safety and integrity of all KSCS data, protecting against potential threats and breaches. 

Collaboration with Other Services

As an internal service, we work closely with all departments within KSCS to support their technological needs and ensure smooth operations across the organization. We collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, implement new systems, and upgrade existing ones, all aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes.
