Our team's primary goal is to provide direction, leadership and guidance towards the achievement of the KSCS Strategic Plan and the Community Wellness Plan (CWP). These plans serve as a roadmap for KSCS’ organizational growth in the coming years. We are also deeply committed to incorporating Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten at the core of all services areas we provide.
What We Do
Strategic Development Services is comprised of Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten, Organizational Development Services, KSCS Project Coordinator, and Learning & Development. Our team works diligently to initiate strategic organizational changes, ensuring our services align with the community's priorities. We are responsible for driving the objectives of the Strategic Plan and the Community Wellness Plan (CWP), focusing on organizational strategic development, policy development, project management, and embedding Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten.
By coordinating activities that reflect our mission, vision, goals, and policies, we ensure that KSCS moves in the global direction outlined in these guiding frameworks.
Our work includes:
Centering Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten in all aspects of our services.
Identifying and addressing the needs community, individuals, and staff.
Assist with operational planning based on community needs.
Developing and supporting meaningful partnerships.
Providing project management.
Hosting and participating in training sessions.
Providing facilitation services.
Conducting organizational research.
Implementing, monitoring & tracking the KSCS Strategic Plan.
Collaboration with Other Services
The work we do impacts and is related to all service areas within the organization.
