A group for Kahnawa'kehró:non elders, both men and women, aiming to increase mental wellness and break isolation. Come and join us for some fun and good company!

- Monthly meetings on Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- This event runs on the following 2025 dates: May 6, June 3, July 8, August 5
- Location: Family Services Building (Above Desjardins) Ohkwari Room
- A light meal will be provided.
