New Interim Executive Director of Internal Operations & Family Services
KSCS is pleased to announce that Robert Auclair has been selected to fill the position of Interim Executive Director of Internal Operations & Family Services for a 2-year term, beginning on January 13th, 2026.
Robert, a member of the Whapmagoostui Cree Nation of Northern Quebec, holds an executive master’s degree in business administration (EMBA) from McGill University and HEC Montreal, a Graduate Diploma in Health & Social Services Management from McGill University, a Leadership Certificate from the John Molson Business School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Concordia University.
Robert brings over 25 years of leadership and public service experience across Indigenous governance, health administration, business development, and law enforcement. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cree Health Board and is the President of the Indigenous Consulting Group. Previously, Robert worked as Business Development Officer and Liaison for CREECO from 2019 to 2024, supporting strategic partnerships and economic initiatives.
From 2009 to 2019, Robert held senior executive roles with the Cree Health Board, serving as Director of Youth Protection and Provincial Director, where he provided oversight for child welfare services and provincial-level operations. Earlier in his career, he dedicated 14 years to the Whapmagoostui Police Force, progressing through roles as Patrol Officer, Senior Officer, and Criminal Investigator
