Tehona'nikonhrharátskon Shotiiehwenta'onhátie (Recovering from Anxiety)
KSCS will be hosting a group for people to learn how to cope with anxiety through various presentations and coping skills to help build coping skills.
Some topics to be covered include:
- Traditional medicines and self care
- Cognitive behavioural and anxiety techniques
- Yoga and coping with anxiety
Sessions are open to all community members. Spots are limited. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided. The group will take place at the Family and Wellness Center every Wednesday evening until August 30th (8 weeks).
