Kahnawake – September 26, 2014, the Connecting Horizons group would like to inform the community that they commissioned a community needs assessment examining ways in which to better support individuals with special needs and their families living in Kahnawake. The group now wants to present the report to the community and give an opportunity to allow the community ask any questions them may have on the report.

The Connecting Horizons group is made up of concerned community members, Mohawk Council of Kahnawake, Step by Step Child and Family Center, The Kahnawake Learning Center, and KSCS.
